SPAM

COMMON FORUM does not send out SPAM, (sometimes known as unsolicited emails), nor are our servers being used to send out SPAM. SPAM attributed to COMMON FORUM.eu originates from viruses such as W32.Sobig.F which are mass-mailing worms that send themselves to all the email addresses that they find on a host's system. These emails typically use fake FROM addresses. These addresses are arbitrarily picked from the internet and unfortunately they occasionally use the domain COMMON FORUM.org.

Commercial bulk e-mail organisations (spammers) also use fake FROM address in order to circumvent anti-spam software.

By using this site you accept that there is a possibility that you may receive SPAM, and that at present there is nothing COMMON FORUM or its Internet Service Providers can do about this.

Indemnities

In the event of any claim being made against BRGM or any members of COMMON FORUM as a result of breach of these conditions by a user, the user undertakes to fully indemnify BRGM or any members of COMMON FORUM against all actions, claims, proceedings, damages and costs arising from or incurred by reason of a user's breach of these terms and conditions.
